OUHSD FAQ – Aeries Portal Access How do I access my Aeries Student Portal Account?

One of the following 3 options will work for you:

1. Look in your ouhsd.net email for an email from “aeries-noreply Aeries Student Portal – New Student Account Created”

  • a. Follow the instructions in the email to access your account.
  • b. Once logged in – change the password to one that you will remember

2. If you can’t find the email in step 1:

  • a. Go to the following URL: Parent.ouhsd.org
  • b. Type in your OUHSD.NET email address and click on “Forgot Password”
  • c. Check your ouhsd.net email for instructions

3. If Steps 1 and 2 do not work – Your account may not have been created yet, or has expired. Please contact your school office to have your account created.

How does a Parent create an Aeries Parent Portal Account?

To set up a Parent account in the Aeries Portal – Please email your school at one of the following addresses:

  • LPHS: kolson@ouhsd.net
  • OHS: pbecker@ouhsd.net
  • PHS/CDS: mmonnot@ouhsd.net When emailing – Please provide the following information:

Your First and Last Name

  • Phone#
  • Email Address
  • Your Relationship to the student
  • Your Student’s first and last name
  • Your student’s ID#

The school office will verify that you are approved for access to the student’s information and will contact you with the information you need to create an account.
